Dr. David Barold completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of California. Prior to starting up his Integrative Medical practice, Dr. Barold practiced as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist in San Diego and was a clinical instructor involved in education of medical students at the University of California San Diego, School of Medicine.

He brings his traditional Internal Medicine background together with his extensive training in and exposure to various natural and alternative healing therapies to foster a higher state of health in his patients. He specializes in High Power Laser Laser Therapy, a breakthrough in the management of chronic and acute musculoskeletal and neurogenic pain. Realizing the strong and intimate connection between diet, health and disease, Dr Barold provides education on the principles of sound nutrition, when adopted, help nourish and heal the body. Dr Barold recognizes what leading edge research in holistic medicine, biophysics, bioenergetics, and frontier biology is telling us — we are more than just our physical body and genetics. He uses non-invasive approaches to assess and support the web of information and energy underlying and informing our physical body and influencing our state of health and well being.
